Team Ebony - Seeds of Hope (Atlanta)
I am raising money for TEAM EBONY -
5 years ago, Ebony, at 29 years old, was diagnosed
with colon cancer. Typically uncommon for someone so young, we would soon realize that cancer has no boundaries.
Ebony's battle with colon cancer has included four recurrences,
numerous surgeries, countless hours of treatment and months in the
hospital. Her will and determination to beat this horrible disease can
be attributed to her unwavering faith in God, and an incredible family and friends prayer circle that extends throughout the country. In addition,
a dynamic and dedicated group of friends known as "Team Ebony ATL-Seeds of Hope has raised over $13,000 over the past three years for Relay for Life American Cancer Society. Ebony has directly benefited from new treatment options because of donation to Relay Fo Life!
This year, Team Ebony has committed to raise $7,000.00 for cancer research, including new treatment options, community cancer support, cancer awareness and ongoing research that will potentially lead to a cure.
Many of you have asked, "What can I do to help? You can make a tax deductible donaton to help me reach my $1,100.00 goal by clicking on the link. Your donation will directly impact Ebony's treatment and will give us "Hope" for cure!
Thanking you in advance,
And thanks to Joan Johnson (Ebony's mother) for writing this wonderful note!
